Lola Grace Campbell, 96, of Huxley, Texas, and formerly of McLeansboro, passed away Wednesday, March 22, 2017, at Magnolia Court Memory Care in Nacogdoches, Texas.
Private family services were held Friday, March 24, 2017, at Mangum Funeral Home in Center, Texas.
Private burial services were held Wednesday, March 29, at I.O.O.F. Cemetery in McLeansboro by her family with Rev. Robert "Bud" Sefried and Rev. Mark Byars officiating the graveside burial service.
Harre Funeral Home, McLeansboro, was in charge of her services.
She was born February 15, 1921, in Alden, Iowa, the daughter of William Sneed and Emma (Manning) Sneed. She married George Franklin Campbell and he preceded her in death September 17, 2003.
Grace worked at Elder Manufacturing and was a supervisor for many years. She was a 50 year member of Smiths Chapel Church in McLeansboro and she was currently a member of the First Baptist Church in McLeansboro. She was a member of HEA, WMU and the VFW Auxiliary.
She is survived by daughter, Kathy Phillips and husband Herschel of Center, Texas; two grandchildren, Kora Webber and husband Butch of Keatchie, La. and Ryan Nalley of McLeansboro; one great-granddaughter, Raven Huckabay of Huxley, Texas; and one great-great-grandson, William Socrates Stutts II of Huxley, Texas.
She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Emma Sneed; husband, George Franklin Campbell; son, Kevin Campbell; and great-granddaughter, Addison Grace Nalley.
