Ronnie "Doc" Todd, 62, of McLeansboro, passed away 5:30 p.m. Friday, Jan. 2, 2015, at the home of his niece in Carmi. He was born Oct. 9, 1952, in Mt. Vernon, to Sam and Nigal (Sights) Todd. Survivors include one son, Bradie Rubenacker of McLeansboro; two daughters, Bethanie Rubenacker of McLeansboro and Samantha and husband Blake Lueke of McLeansboro; six grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews, including Nedra and husband Brian Thompson. He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, John Todd; and a sister, Shirley French. He was a truck mechanic. He was a member of the Blooming Grove Baptist Church and also attended Hopewell Baptist Church. Graveside services were held at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 6, at Blooming Grove Cemetery in McLeansboro with the Rev. Robert Sefried officiating. Visitation was held 11 a.m. until the time of services on Tuesday, at Gholson Funeral Home in McLeansboro Memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association and will be accepted at the funeral home in McLeansboro or may be mailed to: P.O.
